Downtown Traverse City celebrates Earth day all week
April 21 - April 27: clean out your files! Waste Management will provide a free recycling center in Farmer’s Market Lot B for recycling of newspapers, magazines, old files, office paper and junk mail.
Saturday April 26: Earth Day Parade using recycled items, begins at Central Grade School at 1pm
Saturday April 26: Earth for Earth Day, located in Farmers Market Lot B, courtesy of City of Traverse City and Grand Traverse County
Celebration of Young Children
Saturday April 26: Events and activities held throughout Downtown to celebrate and educate young children. Locations include City Opera House, Traverse City State Bank, and other downtown participants. 11am - 3pm
